Registration Fees
The registration fees are listed below. Please note that the early registration is up to and including February 24, 2012.

The registration fee for both categories includes:
- Admission to all sessions,
- Welcome reception (drinks and buffet) on Sunday March 18,
- Conference banquet on Tuesday March 20,
- Coffee breaks every conference day.
In order to confirm their status, students must show a current student ID or a letter from their advisor at the registration desk.
The registration fee can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. We hope most attendees will be able to pay by bank transfer, since the registration office charges an additional fee of Euro 10.00 for payment by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel your registration by sending an e-mail to congressi@consultaumbria.com. Only cancellations received before March 1 will be refunded. Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
Booklet of abstract
The registration fee does not include a hardcopy of the booklet of abstracts. You can order a hardcopy of the booklet for a price of Euro 15.00 by checking the corresponding box on the registration form. Please note that, an electronic version of this booklet will be made freely available on the EuroCG 2012 web pages before the workshop.
Registration process
The registration process is handled by the organizing agency Consulta Umbria (http://www.consultaumbria.com/). You can directly contact Consulta Umbria for any problem related to your registration at EuroCG 2012.
The registration server can be found here. Please note that you will be asked to enter your personal profile before registering to EuroCG 2012. After you have completed the registration process for EuroCG 2012, you can enter again in the system to possibly change your personal profile or to partially modify your registration. To this aim, you will receive an automatic e-mail by the system with the data (login and pwd) of your account.
During the registration process you can optionally:
- reserve a room only in case you decide to stay at the Cittadella (the conference location). The cost of a single room is Euro 50 and the cost of a double room is Euro 78. Rooms for three or four persons are also available;
- reserve lunches at the Cittadella for each single conference day (20 Euro per lunch);
- reserve additional tickets for the conference banquet on Tuesday (50 Euro per ticket).
- reserve a hardcopy of the booklet of abstracts (15 Euro per copy).
Please note that accommodation at the Cittadella provides basic-level rooms (with bathroom). Several hotels near to the conference location are listed in the Accommodation page. They range from basic to high-level quality hotels. You can directly contact a hotel in case you prefer not to stay at the Cittadella.
